In order to cut back on sugary sodas this Summer, make this Flat Tummy Detox water instead. This is not recommended as a meal replacement. It’s just something healthy to drink. A lot of people don’t like drinking plain old boring water and drinking lots of water helps in the weight loss department. I try to drink a little over 32 oz a day and it seems like lately, I haven’t been reaching my goal. By drinking this water, hopefully that will help.
You can try different fruits. Here are some combos to try out
Orange and kiwi
Raspberry and mint
Bluerry and Lime
Lemon and Cucumber
Strawberry and Basil
Or why not just slice up a ton of different fruit and throw it in the water?
I sliced some cucumbers and lemons and added in some mint. No need to add in any sugar. That would be lemonade, then. There is no need for a recipe either.
