Ingredients
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2-1/2 cups thawed fat-free frozen whipped topping,
divided
Directions:
1. Mix together the dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in a large bowl with whisk until
well blended. Stir in 2 cups of the thawed topping. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Serve topped with remaining 1/2 cup of whipped topping.
Yield: 8 Servings
